About the App
Activist Watcher is a mobile application for tracking and monitoring major investor activities. It automatically retrieves large shareholding report data from Japan's Financial Services Agency EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork) system and notifies you in real-time about stock holding changes by major investors.
The app periodically collects data from EDINET, allowing you to review detailed report information and PDF files within the app. You can also view disclosure documents such as annual securities reports.
